FairPoint Virtual Front Office (VFO)

The VFO (Virtual Front Office) is FairPoint’s Web Application for submitting Local & Access Orders and Trouble Tickets. Orders placed in the VFO between 1/5/08 and cutover will be held in the gateway until FairPoint’s backend systems become operational on or around 2/6/09. The Trouble Ticket system will not be operational until after cutover; continue to use Verizon’s systems. Please see the Wholesale Cutover Communications Plan below for additional information.
